摘要
In view of the widespread use of Vitamin C, a large number of methods have been developed for quantifying Vitamin C contents in natural and fortified food samples and pharmaceuticals. It is therefore essential to assess these methods. Accordingly, this paper reviews non-spectrophotometric methods. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
